Hi, I'm Michelle! I help women find clarity and relief from anxious thoughts, comfort and healing in seasons of grief, and confidence and renewed joy in themselves and their relationships with others! Our stories are often filled with pain, loss, and brokenness which can end up dominating our head space. Our thoughts are powerful, but we are more than our thoughts. Changing the way we think can change how we feel, how we act, and how we relate to ourselves and others. Pain and problems can be opportunities for connection, courage, and change. I love joining with women to journey through hard places, unpack difficult stories, fight fears, and rewrite negative thinking to find strength, hope and joy.
